Contractor, a Mumbai-born Indian living in Nigeria since she was just seven years old. She knew a great deal about world cultures and traveling at such a young stage. She was educated in a boarding-school in London between the ages of 7 and 9 years. Her family later relocated to London to Toronto, Canada. Contractor studied and became a classical dancer in Toronto. She attended the Etobicoke School of the Arts in Toronto, a fine arts institution that focuses on dance and theater.
