Annet Mahendru

Mahendru was born to an Russian mother and a Hindu Indian father in Afghanistan. She is fluent in German Russian and English and is also fluent in French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru's parents are Russian and Indian. She choreographed an 11-year old performance which earned her an German TV show appearance as the Russian Snow Maiden, who turns into an energetic Indian Dancer. She finished high school in New York and received a bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. In New York, she was studying acting in the HB Studio. Then she moved to Groundlings School and took up various tasks. Her story began at the age of 13 in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) and Russian Olga (mother).
