Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza has made a name for herself in the television. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. De La Garza moved soon to Texas and studied physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza did not remain in Texas for very long. She shortly after relocated to Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of parts as an actor, such as local independent commercials and films. The small parts didn't stop her from discovering she was a fan of acting. Following her move from New York, in 2001 she landed her first part as a performer in the show All My Children. She had minor roles on JAG the Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. Her debut major show was The Mountain. De La Garza had the pleasure of working with some amazing TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. The role that she is most famous for was her A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episode. The character she played on her Law & Order: LA spinoff was only a few episodes. De La Garza received nominations for a variety of awards including the award for Best Supporting Actress-TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as several ALMA Award nominations. In 2008, De La Garza received the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza got a regular role on CSI Miami a few moments later. She performed the role of Marisol Deko in the role of husband to David Caruso's Horatio. She played Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark drama Do No Harm. After just two episodes it was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are an Italian father as well as a brother Cory which is a years younger than her. Her family was traditional and religious one. Milano began her profession at the age of seven, when her babysitter took her along on an audition for acting. With more than 1000 applicants her name was picked to be one of only four. Milano appeared in commercials for television and on off-Broadway plays, among them the first American musical adaptation to Jane Eyre.
